Completely Different: Progression raiding without the elitism

All wings are clear, looking to kill that Arthas fellow in the near future.

After a series of painful < 3% wipes last week we knocked off BQL with out much of an issue. That just leaves that coldhearted bitch and Arthas to go for normal modes, expect them in the next week or two.

We are still looking for 1-2 ranged dps and a pair of healers. So please apply if you feel like you'd be a good fit.

Despite losing one of our 3 nights to the Super Bowl we still managed to down PP this week as well as clear out all farm content. We got to BQL with 17 attempts remaining and I have little doubt that we would have gotten her with in that time frame.
We have two new players arriving this week and that should allow us to run 7 healers on Dreamwalker instead of the 6 including 2 offspecs we attempted very briefly last night. Unfortunately Blizzard has decided to remove the limited attempts from the normal modes and we will once again be at a disadvantage to guilds who raid more than 3 nights.

I guess I forgot to mention that we downed Blood Prince Council last week. I'm going to blame it on PTS due to having 3-8 blue balls in my face at any given time.

Festergut and Rotface have been shown the comfort of a good ground nap and CD has made it's first Shadow's Edge. Congratulations Loith!

Congrats to all those in CD for a heck of a way to start off ICC. We cleaned up the first four bosses including a server first kill of Deathbringer Saurfang with a nice one shot kill and achievement.

Twins went down in splendid fashion and Las lost more brain cells, more at 11:00.

LJ and FC went down in dramatic fashion. Gotta love last pulls of the night...

Well, at long last we finally got these guys down. Slightly more impressive is the fact that we managed to defeat the Gormok DC bug for enough attempts in a row to actually do the fight in the first place. Hopefully more updates on Sunday!
